What will it cost me?
This is a great question! When considering a commitment of any kind, one weighs the value against the cost. Let us tell you what to expect.
Annual dues enable the organization to operate and support programming. Our chapter’s dues are $90 per year plus a convenience fee if paying online. Membership dues don’t have to be a barrier to joining our chapter. Seek out a member or communicate to your employer the value of sponsoring you. We’re even going to provide you with a Letter Template to help convey the value. Just fill in the blanks and send to your sponsor. Check back soon for these!
This is one of the most valuable commodities we have, and choosing how to spend it is an important decision to make. It is true that the time and effort we put into any endeavor often returns to us through new and greater opportunities, genuine community value, and personal satisfaction. Our members are involved in many activities and organizations in our community, and this is encouraged. All things take time, so choose your favorite events with friends or pursue committee and leadership positions for more. Your potential is limitless!
We all bring our own set of skills and interests to the table, and this can create new interests among our members. Choosing to attend distant events or participate in special group activities can sometimes incur additional costs, but these costs are entirely voluntary. As an organization, we recognize the value of taking your involvement to the next level, and we work to support our members and offset additional costs when appropriate and able.
